Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative with experience in B2B sales, preferably in the dietary supplements or ingredient industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to learn quickly, effectively communicate complex scientific information, and maintain diligent reporting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients in the dietary supplement sector.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and industry trends.
  • Communicate product benefits, specifications, and applications to clients with clarity and confidence.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
